The air conditioning system in the church and chapel, 85% of which is 43 years old, is in urgent need of replacement as it has outlived its life expectancy. Current issues include difficulty in regulating the temperature and inefficiency, leading to higher electric bills and potential for a costly emergency breakdown. The new system will significantly reduce energy costs and improve comfort.
